E3 2008: The Conduit to Support 16-Player Online Multiplayer; Using WiiSpeak
During today's E3 showing, we came across a bit of info that's sure to get Wii owners excited.
High Voltage, developer behind The Conduit for the Wii, has revealed that the game will include an online multiplayer mode.
Even more, the team currently has a build that supports up to 16 players at once. They also revealed functionality with WiiSpeak, Nintendo's new communication peripheral unveiled at yesterday's press conference. Keep it here for more!
2008 E3: 《导管The Conduit》多人游戏能够使用WiiSpeak 来语音交流
《导管The Conduit》是一家名为High Voltage Software的游戏开发商通过专门为Wii开发的“Quantum3”引擎制作的第一款游戏。据称，此引擎将拥有不逊于PS3的画面表现效果。游戏的故事设定非常“中规中矩”：美国首都华盛顿受到了不明外星生物的侵略，秘密特工Agent Ford挺身而出……。据IGN发表的前瞻称，本作敌人的AI具有相当高的水准，同时游戏还包含了丰富的解谜要素，游戏的操作也将充分发挥Wii遥控器的特点，并可以做非常详细的具体设定。
在今天的E3展上，一个结合着《导管The Conduit》和任天堂最新周边WiiSpeak的信息传了出来：
游戏开发商证实用于《动物之森 City Folk》的[color=#ff0000]WiiSpeak也将被用于《导管The Conduit》的多人游戏模式中，玩家间通过WiiSpeak能够实现最多16人的实时语音交流 。 [/color]
