安装问题

我是XP,在安装某软件时出现:
you do not have access to make the required system configuration modifications.please return shis installation from an administrators account.(vcs support)拒绝访问．
请问是什么原因?

Windows NT 系操作系统必须使用管理员权限的帐号安装程序。
