我记得这玩意儿外国叫什么什么，有个专用的词儿，有个电影还重点拍摄里这些人逃跑的方法，几乎和会轻工差不多了

跑酷的重点在于路线设计和拍摄

技术再高路线不精彩拍得不好看还是不行啊

PS 这种活动也就是为了好玩。真的特警比他牛逼的多，看看消防队员平时怎么训练的

准确地说城市疾走是指Freerun
跑酷主要是做一些比较花哨漂亮的动作

法语是 l'art du déplacement，翻译过来就是瞬间挪移大法= =
