In a brief statement today, Ubisoft has announced that Rayman DS, originally scheduled for release during the system's launch window of November/December 2004, will now ship next year.

According to a Ubisoft representative, 'Ubisoft wants to ensure the game is the best game it can possibly be. will be the same as the European version,' already scheduled as a launch title in that territory.
