Hi sorry for the long delay but I wanted it right before release. I also want to mention previous posts ..That was not me how can coding and cracking get boring. This has been a hard task but It is now done. I hope you all enjoy and long live psp home brew.
Oh.. I forgot to mention Maxconsole is the one and only Forum which has been close to what I have achieved, and this is why I decided to post my release to this site. Erant was so close and I thank you for your efforts.

This was made for the new PRX encryptions it works with gta, socom, the hustle etc.. ?
Right sorry about the long wait but I wanted It right before release..
1.Put the extracted files into the ROOT of your memstick, put GTA or any 2.0 firmware game into the iso folder.
2. USE THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS
CPU/Bus Speed: 333/166MHz
ISO Emu Mode: SYSTEM MENU ?
Disctype ISO: Game
Disctype UMD: Game
Updater Icon: Original
Use boot.bin: off
Region Overide: off
Flash0 Emu: On
Flash1 Emu: on
3:WHEN RETURNED BACK TO MENU YOU GO UPTO UMD UPDATE 2.00 Install the update it will stop at 99% (dont worry!). Restart the psp you will now have a firmware which has 1.5 security but with all 2.0,2.01,2.5 features. All games load which require 2.0 firmware.
4:Load UMD emu 10.a use the above sttings again.
5:WHEN GTA BACK PIC LOADS PRESS X AND ENJOY.
The loader is 28.2 mb the file will be ready for download in approx 5 mins
It is this size a it includes the 2.0 upgrade & all prx files to enable 2.0 games on v1.50

这个是为了新的PRX加密做得 他对GTA SOCOM 和 HUSTle等有效
刚刚在别的论坛看见有人用了这个之后PSP便砖 不知真假 大家慎重。。

hi 对这么久的延迟表示抱歉 我想让它很好在发布之前。我也想提到之前的帖子们。。那不是我coding和crarking怎么会变得无聊（这句感觉怪怪的。。）这是一个艰难的任务 但是现在搞定了。我希望你们能享受和猛烈的玩PSP

1把解压缩的文件放进msd的根目录，把GTA或者任何2.0FW的游戏放进iso文件夹
2使用如下的设置
CPU/Bus Speed: 333/166MHz
ISO Emu Mode: SYSTEM MENU ?
Disctype ISO: Game
Disctype UMD: Game
Updater Icon: Original
Use boot.bin: off
Region Overide: off
Flash0 Emu: On
Flash1 Emu: on
3当回到主目录时来运行2.0升级程序 他会在99%停住 不用担心！
重新启动PSP 你现在就有一个固件 有着1.5的安全性 但是有所有2.0 2.01 2.5的特征 所有需要2.0固件的游戏可装载
4重新运行UE1a 使用上面这些设定
5当GTA的背景图片装载 按X 来爽
这个loader有28.2MB 文件将在5分钟之后可以被下载
他是包括2.0升级和所有PRX文件来使2.0游戏在1.5上可用
