發售日期 - 2011年 11月12日 日本國內放映期間及香港首映當日於劇場內發售。
官方定價 - 日本 : 2,400日元 / 香港 : 290港元( 約RMB235 )。

* 2012年 4月16日開始至 2012年 6月5日期間於日本Bandai Hobby Online Shop 接受網上訂購，2012年 6月16日開始發貨，定價2,400日元 *
* 香港Bandai Hobby Online Shop 於2012年 5月14日截止接受網上訂購，預2012年 7月發貨，定價240港元( 約RMB196 ) *
* 劇場特別版跟Bandai Hobby Online Shop 版的分別只是盒面繪圖不同 *

制作過程 - 素組，打磨水口、修分模線，實色組件滲線再噴半光澤光油。
