【CycloDS Evolution Firmware v2.3】
The upgrade process is simple and painless. Just follow these easy steps:
1. Place the "update.evo" file in the root directory of your MicroSD.
2. Insert the MicroSD back into the CycloDS Evolution.
3. Insert the CycloDS Evolution into your Nintendo DS.
4. Power on the Nintendo DS and start CycloDS Evolution as you would normally.
5. The update will be launched automatically. Follow the onscreen instructions.
Once the update has completed the "update.evo" file will be removed from your
MicroSD, so you do not need to remove it manually.

【CycloDS Evolution Skin Tester v1.7】
Info:
With this program you can test CycloDS Evolution skins - without to copy them on your DS.
Copy the "SkinTester.exe" directly into the skin-folder with the skin.xml-file and start it.
You can run it also from any directory without a "skin.xml". Go into the "Tools" menu and click "Load Skin" to select one. If you use older versions of Skin Tester, you will be asked for the skin, when the program starts.
Skin Database
You need an open internet connection to browse the skin database.
Open the database in Tools-Menu. On the left side, you can select the category. Then the skins should list on the right side (20 skins per page). Double click them and they will load into skintester. There you can save it (Tools-menu -> Save Skin As).
Make sure, that you have some free space on your hard disk - the data will be stored in program folder.
How to use Plugins:
Plugins are simple *.dll files. Copy them to the program directory.
The plugin filenames should start with "pi_". One plugin can also
start with "pia_". This will be auto-loaded on program-start. You
can switch the active plugin in Tools-Menu > "Skin-Module".
I will add later example code how to write plugins.

Place the update.E19 on the the root of the CF card and follow the instructions on the GBA screen to update.

How to install NDS/GBM/GBA Movie Player Converter Crystal software?
Require system: Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP or higher version system.

First step: Install 1_directx_9c_Aug05sdk_redist.exe.
   This is DirecX 9 install program. If your Windows have been install DirectX 9 or higher version, this step can be omited. DirectX 9 have many important multimedia component to support converter software.

Second step: Install 2_MPSetup_en.exe.
   This is Windows Media Player 9 install program. If your Windows have been install Windows Media Player 9 or higher version, this step can be omited. Windows Media Player 9 have some multimedia component to support converter software to convert some types of video files such as *.WMV.

Third step: Install 3_ACEMCP603PRO.exe.
   This is ACE Mega CoDec Pack 6.03 install program. Select "Player Edition" is enough for converter software. ACE Mega CoDec Pack have many multimedia filters to support converter software to convert many types of video files such as *.AVI(MPEG4 DIVX XVID), *.RMVB, *.MPEG, *.ASF and more. You can decide any filter in this pack to install or not while intalling.

Fourth step: Install 4_UnregVSfilter.exe.
   This program can unregist VSfilter.dll from Windows. VSfilter.dll is the filter for show subpicture while playing any video. Because converter softwere can not work proper while VSfilter.dll in Windows system, so you should unregist this filter before install converter software.

Fifth step: Install NDS/GBM/GBA Movie Player Converter Crystal software.
   After this step, you can use converter software to convert many types video files to GBM movie file to play on NDS/GBA/GBM by Movie Card. There are some skin files for you to change interface of NDS/GBA/GBM Movie Player.
Addition: If you need convert QuickTime movie files(*.mov), you need install quicktimealt131.exe. This is the filter of QuickTime movie which can support converter software to convert *.mov files.

The NinjaDS is one of the many announced "new generation" flash kit solutions for the Nintendo DS. What's the difference? The new generation use only the DS card slot on your Nintendo DS/DS Lite, they no longer use the GBA slot; which is left completely free. This leaves the slot free for peripherals like the DS rumble pack and RAM expansion cart.

Introduction:
Ever since the launch of the DS handheld system three years ago, the flashcard market has grown at steady pace, offering a much wider choice variety.
Nowadays we can distinguish two main categories: external memory based flashcards with R4DS/M3S, the SuperCard One or the EZ V being the main brands on that segment, while the other segment used to be a little light on competitors with mainly the DS-X and the N-Card till now. The Ultra Flashpass EX, which is he latest iteration of the Ultra Flashpass, is a new addition to the ever growing line of slot-1 DS flashkits.
The main purpose of this review is to shed some light on this card's performance & find out to which extent does it sustain the comparsion to other flashkits.
For this review I mainly used the firmware that was loaded into my review sample, which is ver 1.21 H for testing purposes then upgraded to the latest one.

Official Feature List:
1. USB High burning speed (For 1.0G file approx. 3-4 mins.).
2. Compatible with NDS / NDS Lite (without any Passme device/flashed firmware.
3. No software patching required.
4. Same size of the NDS cart - (will not stick out from NDS / NDS Lite).
5. 1.0/2/4/8/16 Gbits NAND highspeed Internal Memory
6. Plug-and-play easy to use
7. Can use as a Passme Card.

These are the advertised features, copied as is off the manufacturer’s official website. As you may have noticed, the feature lists doesn’t mention download play or multimedia playback.
Out of curiosity, these two features will be be assessed aswell. The UPF EX sounds decent just from the list above, however, the burning speed looks quite slow for USB2 burning. Disappointing?
Don’t worry as this review is to cover everything you should be aware of.
