ok this is going to sound crazy but I kind of found to get souls. In VBA goto the memory viewer and select WRAM from the drop down list. Then scroll down until you see ROCKMANEXE420031022 or something along those lines (make sure you get the first one). Then below that place in memory fill in the next 4 rows with FF's. if done correctly you should get an e-mail message, you will have all 6 souls and a navi customizer if you don't have one.

这种程度的修改就是完全凭修改的经验和功力了，这家伙也真是够疯狂的，汗
这个……真不知道他是怎么想出来的……而且确实能这样改出6个SOUL……
