You can choose language, english or japanese, and every thing will be or english or japanese.

If PSP has english language the game is english.

Ps: Cut scenes in japan language have katakana in english have letter.

I just got the game myself today. It doesn't have the 3D rendered blobs like the XB/GCN/PS2 versions of the game have. Still fun though. Wish you could have the Japanese voices AND the english text.

The 2 player mode is excellent! best use of the wide screen and button layout I could have imagined.

I've been noticing some bad slow down in this game as it tries to access the disk for sound bits. It usually happens when you win or when you go into fever. There's a .5 second pause in the action where everything just stops for a moment. Is anyone else experiencing this? I haven't been able to play head to head yet though I definitely want to.
