hmm... i finally know it by asking in gamefaqs... but i put the answer here, as if anyone else need to know..

1. Everyone's relation should be at gold level with Shinjiro AND with each other.
2. Have the relationship point high with Plum, Anri and Ratchet as well. (Basically sees all their CG except the bath scene)
3. Use the combination attack with the teammate in their chapter at least once. (chap. 2 with Sagitta, 3 with Rika, 4 with Diana, 5 with Subaru, and 6 with Gemini)

Can reused the carry over data after one beat of the game, and it should be able to get it at beginning of the chapter 8..
