King of Fighters Set For DS
Series producer Falcoon expects details to be revealed soon.

April 24, 2006 - The DS isn't exactly known as the place to go for arcade-style versus fighters, but with the system still topping the hardware sales charts, you just knew that was gonna change. And it has.
At the recent MMBB Online Game Festa, a King of fighters tournament and demo event held by Online service provider KDDI on 4/22 in Tokyo, KOF series producer Falcoon announced that details on a DS version of King of Fighters would be announced in the near future.
That's all the man said. For now, take this as confirmation that a DS version of the classic arcade franchise is in development, and start praying that SNK Playmore doesn't get experimental with the stylus.

Falcoon, series producer behind King of Fighters announced at a recent KOF event that a DS version of the game would be announced “in the near future”. Just this week the DS is getting some 2D fighting love from Guilty Gear, and now we have King of Fighters on the way. SNK will be behind the project, and if we are lucky, we will catch a glimpse of the game during our meeting with SNK at E3.

大意是Falcoon宣布kof会在不远的将来在ds上推出，e3上可能会有更详细的消息

为KOF画过插画和角色设计的日本著名画师FALCOON先生说的应该不会有假吧．．．游戏不是ＳＮＫ制作难道是ＣＡＰＣＯＭ．．．
