coz i can even open the rar file with visual gameboy advance
n can pls someone upload pokemon emerald full english version to here for me?

you could extract your rar file but that's not necessary, for all emulators have a self-extract function
you could visit various roms download sites for your Pokemon Emerald. the series number is 1986(E-U)

and BTW: next time you have this sort of problem, you should post in Hardware Section

Nds后缀的文件不是要打开的
而是用转换软件转为另外一个格式,然后拷进烧录卡
明白?
