经过8个多月的精心打造，第三届中国国际动漫节今天正式拉开大幕。由奥运五福娃领头，国内外著名卡通人物组成的动漫巡游将在今天下午，撩开“多彩动漫，和谐生活”的第一个狂欢篇章。接下去，由四大板快、共计30余项活动构筑的动漫热浪将滚滚而来。 　　本届动漫节开幕式暨狂欢巡游于4月28日下午2点30分至5点举行。巡游的主会场设在省人民大会堂前广场。 　　整个巡游活动由开幕式表演和彩车巡游两部分组成。文艺表演包含“五福迎宾”、“时尚旋风”、“多彩动漫”、“和谐世界”和“相会杭州”五个篇章，与狂欢巡游同步开始。开幕式表演区设在省人民大会堂东侧广场。届时，将有6000余名演员和14辆制作精美的彩车参加表演。 　　巡游队伍将沿省人民大会堂广场、环城西路、湖滨路、南山路的线路边行进边表演，至涌金广场结束。巡游沿线的三公园音乐喷泉、解放路口两处设有两个定点表演区，有专人表演。沿线还将安排50名轮滑手和20辆双人自行车，扮成动漫节吉祥物“乐乐”及小丑形象，来回表演，以增加狂欢巡游的现场气氛。 下页起，你将看到期待已久的吐槽、搞笑、巨乳、国产、抄袭、福娃、猥琐男、和谐社会…… [url=http://www.pconline.com.cn/images/html/viewpic_pcgames.htm?&namecode=cartoon&subnamecode=cartoonfirstpag][/url] 从主席台左侧记者区看出去的视角，之后笔者无奈的转投右侧记者区，却不知效果更糟糕 [url=http://www.pconline.com.cn/images/html/viewpic_pcgames.htm?&namecode=cartoon&subnamecode=cartoonfirstpag][/url]

　本次动漫节的开幕式历时不长，但衔接紧凑，内容丰富，是历届开幕式中较为成功的一次。但同时也存在一些问题：

1、巡游沿途秩序井然，观瞻的大多数为未成年的青少年及其家长，其中还有不少是低龄儿童。但沿途并未做特殊安排，缺乏服务和休戚场所，致使很多儿童席地而坐，或干脆在家长带领下坐入了路边绿化带等待巡游的开始。

2、浙江人民大会堂建筑物正立面宽度有限，除正当中的主席台和观礼台外，两侧为记者区。但由于视角不佳，拍摄角度过小，很大程度上影响了到场媒体记者们的拍摄和观展。

3、参加表演的团体参差不齐，“动漫味”稍显不足。在整个巡游中占不小戏份的如音乐剧《猫》的表演在主持人口中竟然牵强的与《猫和老鼠》联系在一起，从而与动漫扯上关系。另外如卓别林、猫王等人物也被介绍为经典动漫形象，让人不解。

4、主持人动漫专业知识匮乏，虽然整个过程中大多在照本宣科的介绍流程，但多次以同一动漫角色名字带过不同巡游方阵，且对国产动漫角色认知不足，当载有国产动画经典形象《天书奇谈》中“蛋生”的花车出现时，介绍居然为“葫芦兄弟”……

5、部分节目设置不合理。巡游期间主会场两次响起礼炮，烟花弓单让在场所有人促不及防，猛烈的浓烟一度遮盖表演舞台，久久不能散去。如此不合理设置颇有点《没头脑和不高兴》中，没头脑在室内修建喷水池的感觉。

6、国产动漫形象数量不足，知名度不够。而大量国外动漫形象则被临时“改换国籍”，充斥到方阵中与国产动漫形象混杂。让人印象深刻的是，日本著名动漫作品《圣斗士星矢》中的12黄金圣斗士，改头换面成为“金甲武士”，手拿激光木仓维护起了世界和谐。而家喻户晓的机器猫多拉A梦和狮子王则与历届中国国际动漫节吉祥物站在一起成了国产的“骄傲”。像这类情况比比皆是。

然后名为《世界和谐》的节目隆重上演，图中穿量产型黄金圣衣的一伙名叫“金甲武士”，与之对立的疑似圣域杂兵和白银圣斗士的则是破坏和谐的反派。“金甲武士”手持激光木仓与杂兵战斗，维护世界和谐。故事就这么简单……

最后，长得像巨蟹座迪斯玛斯克的这位“金甲武士”，同长得像神斗士德尔鲁的“不和谐武士”终于握手言和，创造出了和谐世界。当然，以上动漫角色都是“国内原创”的，否则此节目本身就不和谐了。
