Inside the Rise of the Dragon Lords Structure Deck are not the exact same 40 cards you'd find in SD13-JP's box.

But don't fret, as advertised, Rise of the Dragon Lords will have 7 new cards. And for the Duelist looking to get a new theme Deck, it is also a lot more fun to play with than the OCG's SD13.
