one more, if i found out some ruling difference between OCG and TCG, who should i talk to? (because i playing both and i want to know how we match up the ruling between OCG and TCG)

It's likely that we are already aware of ruling differences between OCG and TCG that you found. It's important to remember that while the TCG is based off of the OCG, it will have differences (both in mechanics and differences). If you are playing the TCG, then by default, rulings issued by us are correct. If you're playing the OCG, then the rulings from Japan are correct. There is no reason to "match them up."
你所发现的不同调整我们应该已经发现了。很重要一点是要记得TCG是从OCG来的，是会有不同的（哈？）。如果你是玩TCG，就按UDE的调整。如果你在玩OCG，就按日本的。这里我们没有理由去吻合调整。

感叹啊，K记被无视了？又说TCG是从OCG来的，但是TCG改了OCG的什么？为什么会有不一样？为什么不去处理？既然无视了OCG，为什么世界赛还要邀请日本？

我也来鄙视tcg一个~最近出的新卡的事就已经搞到满城风雨了。现在还无视k社调整……这样下去是不是意味着以后游戏王会变成2个不同的游戏呢？

1 说不通的是少数
2 少数说不通的必定是存在争议的地方，一巴掌拍死给你个定论总比让你平时玩的时候争议好

UDE也不好做啊，不跟日本有人说他拽，跟日本限制又说无理


调整的问题其实很简单，单就在这个区就看到有多少人提问调整，对调整不满的人又有多少。对于UDE来说，例如次元侦察机这种麻烦的东西，当初自行决定了只能发动一次效果，有人问起来了自己解释自己的总比帮OCG事务局擦屁股的好

再说，UDE真的有不同的调整估计也是一些在OCG事务局就存在"调整中"或者临时凑合的情况的调整

总不见得UDE会调整说起动效果能在非M1M2发动

难道这种祭升灵出熔岩也是可以的？
1) My opponent has face-up "Jowgen the Spiritualist" and a face-down monster
on his side of the field. Can I offer both of them as a tribute to Special

or would "Jowgen"'s effect prevent me from even declaring the Special Summon?

Answer:

1. Yes you can. Because you Tribute "Jowgen the Spiritualist" it will no longer
be on the field to prevent "Lava Golem" from being Special Summoned.

2. Yes you can, for the same reason.

其实UDE给的解释挺合理的...至少大部分不接触OCG调整的人应该不会在意
