This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Incandescent Ordeal". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Levels equals 7 or more from the field or your hand. Each time you or your opponent activates 1 Spell Card, put 1 Spell Counter on this card. Remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to destroy all monsters on the field except this card.

Pay 1000 Life Points. Special Summon 1 Ritual Monster from your hand. The Ritual Monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack, and is destroyed during the End Phase. Only 1 "Ritual Foregone" can be activated per turn.
儀式の準備
Add 1 Level 7 or lower Ritual Monster Card from your Deck to your hand. Afterwards, you can add 1 Ritual Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand.
Have the field card "Magical City Endimion" on field... Activate "儀式の準備 ", search for "伝説の爆炎使い". Field gains 1 counter(1). Activate "限定解除", sp summon "伝説の爆炎使い". Field gains another counter (2). Normal summon Magical Exemplar. do all the stunts using "Toon World" + "Mana Seize". Results in +4 counter on field card (6) and +8 on "magical exemplar" and +4 on "伝説の爆炎使い". Total 18 spell counters.... Remove 2 from Magical Exemplar [left 6], sp summon Night end Sorcerer from grave. Activate "Instant Fusion", special summoning "Kamionwizard (カオス・ウィザード)" (Link: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Kamionwizard). Sync "Night End Sorcer" with "Kamionwizard" into "Tempest Magician".
Total Counters on field: 16 [800x16 == 8000]
