在保时捷辉 煌的赛车运动史中,956是一个永远不会磨灭的数字,它是一部充满争议却又空前伟大的竞赛用车。1982年,FIA彻底修改了世界耐力锦标赛的规则,所有 东西都必须推倒重来,于是保时捷956便应运而生。五届勒芒冠军Derek Bell见证了这一切,在拍摄工作结束后,他感叹道:“对于这部改变我命运的赛车,我真不知道该如何评价它。”随后,他又给我们讲了一段尘封的传奇。

保时捷956L成为了勒芒24小时大赛历史上最成功的车型之一。虽然它的夺冠次数比不上奥迪R8,但在1983年,956L包揽了该年度勒芒大赛的前八 名,1984年又一次地包揽了前七名,勒芒几乎成了956L单一车型的角逐,这样的辉煌战绩前无古人,恐怕也难有后来者了。
我所购买的这台KENWOOD建伍涂装的956于1984年勒芒24小时耐力赛去的第六名:
1/24 Scale. Highly detailed kit of the Porsche 956 in Kenwood colors as raced at the 1984 Le Mans 24-hour endurance race, as driven by Allan Jones, Vern Schuppan, and J.P. Jarier (the car finished in 6th place). The 600hp flat-6 twin turbo engine, suspension, and internal detail are all faithfully reproduced. Body molded in white, with silver interior, chassis, and wheels, with black rubber tires. Wheels turn and steer after completion. Decals are beautifully crafted by Cartograf. Windshield masks included to assist painting. No Le Mans collection would be complete without this eternal classic!
