龙姬神翻译错误?

Mandarin Version:

　①：这张卡仪式召唤的回合的结束阶段以及这张卡在怪兽区域存在并从手卡·卡组有光属性怪兽被送去墓地的回合的结束阶段，可以从以下效果选择1个发动。
　　●自己从卡组抽2张。那之后，丢弃1张手卡。
　　●对方手卡随机选1张丢弃去墓地。
　　●选自己墓地1只光属性怪兽加入手卡。


English Version:
English

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Hymn of Blessing". You can only use the effect of "Saphira the Dragon Princess" once per turn.
During the End Phase of the turn this card is Ritual Summoned, OR during the End Phase of the turn a LIGHT monster was sent from the hand or Deck to the Graveyard while you controlled this face-up card: You can activate 1 of these effects.
● Draw 2 cards, then discard 1 card.
● Discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand.
● Add 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard to your hand.

Hi, guys. Sorry for causing incovenience . I'm in the UK office now, they don't have Mandarin input.

My question is, as you can see above, simple : for Mandarin version, the effect can only be activated when u are satisfied two situations at the same time; for English version, the effect can be activated as long as u are satisfied one of two situations (Maybe I'm wrong).  

Please help me, and thank you.

此卡的怪物效果是任意发动的诱发效果，在此卡自身特殊召唤的回合或此卡自身存在于怪物卡区域时从手札·卡组有光属性怪物送去墓地的回合的结束阶段发动。
结束阶段时如果此卡不在场上作为怪物卡表侧表示存在，则此卡的效果不能发动。
在效果发动时就决定发动哪个●的效果，这些效果都不取对象。
从卡组抽2张的处理和丢1张手札的处理不视为同时进行（能导致一些卡被卡时点）。
此卡表侧表示存在于自己的怪物卡区域，对方的手札·卡组有光属性怪物送去墓地的回合，此卡的效果可以发动。
此卡出场前有光属性怪物从手札·卡组送去墓地，然后此卡被仪式召唤以外的方法特殊召唤出场，此卡的效果不会发动。

应该只是表述的问题，其实是同一个意思，再者，仪式：「祝祷的圣歌」降临。「龙姬神 萨菲拉」的效果1回合只能使用1次。，也不会一回合两次使用效果

理解错误吧，本来就是两种情况都可以发动吧……
自己仪式召唤这玩意的回合可以启
之后手卡与卡组有光属性怪兽送墓的时候也可以启。
本来就是或者的关系啊？
